About me
For over 5 years, I have been building twisty puzzles out of paper. My goal is to enable anyone to build high quality puzzles out of very accessible materials.
Because of this, most of my templates are freely available, and I provide in-depth building tutorials for many of my puzzles.
The process
It starts with an idea
For each of my 30+ projects, I first had to envision the mechanics and get an idea of the specific hurdles of the puzzle.
Designing the puzzle
With a puzzle in mind, designing starts with a 3D model of the puzzle. Here, all remaining obstacles are identified and overcome.
The printed template
The finished 3D model is then turned into folding plans, which can be printed in color. This eliminates the need for stickers and ensures a clean appearance of the end product.
End product
Careful assembly of each of the pieces leads to a finished puzzle that can easily be scrambled and (hopefully) solved.
